Absentee Ballots: Absentee Ballots are available until Thursday, November 3. If you are not going to be in Town to vote on November 8 Election Day contact the Town Office to obtain your Absentee Ballot.
Mandatory Water Conservation: Effective September 19, 2016. We ask all Castine Water Department customers to limit daily consumption in bathing, dishwashing, laundry and general usage. No outdoor watering, washing of vehicles or boats is allowed under this Order. Thank you.
Acadia Float Removal: The Acadia Dock floats are schedule to be removed for the season on Tuesday, 11/15. Dog Registrations: 2017 Dog Registrations are available at the Town Office. Please bring copy of current rabies vaccine. All dog registrations are due by January 31, 2017.

The Deer Isle Planning Board will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 27, 2016, at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall to consider any business that may be properly brought before the board. Flood plain maps are available for the public to review.
