COORDINATOR WANTED

The Blue Hill Peninsula Community Compass (CC), a non-profit collaborative working with partner organizations and community members to break the cycle of poverty on the Blue Hill, Deer Isle/Stonington Peninsula, is looking for an individual to serve as a part-time coordinator for its meetings and activities. The staff coordinator will be part of the work team at the Washington Hancock Community Agency (WHCA), the CC’s fiscal sponsor. The successful candidate will be well-organized; have good interpersonal skills; have Facebook, website, and computer skills; and have access to a computer, and to transportation. Expectations include meeting all deadlines, using computers and web based tools. Must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Sales experience not necessary as comprehensive training will be provided to the best suited candidate. Position starts early fall.
