U.S. Rep. Michaud to visit Blue Hill

U.S. Rep. Mike Michaud will visit Blue Hill on Friday, June 6, between 5:30 and 7 p.m. at the Blue Hill Town Park (rain venue: Blue Hill Town Hall second floor auditorium). This visit will be an opportunity for residents to meet Michaud and learn about his work in Congress and his vision of how to move Maine forward if elected governor.

“This campaign is about the people of Maine and how we can work together to move this state forward in a positive direction, which is why I’m eager to talk with and hear the concerns and opinions of residents of Blue Hill and the surrounding area,” Michaud said in a press release. “I love this state and I know our best days are ahead of us as long as we work together.”

Jim Fisher, Blue Hill Town Democrats chairman said, “We’re excited to have Congressman Michaud visit the Blue Hill peninsula. This will be a great opportunity for area residents to hear about his efforts in Congress and his plans for Maine’s future.”

The public is invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
