Brooklin Planning Board amends application process

The Brooklin Planning Board has made changes in application procedures and now requests that all applications be submitted two weeks prior to regularly scheduled planning board meetings in order to be considered at the meeting, according to a news release from the board.

Code Enforcement Officer Judy Jenkins is available on Thursdays from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Town Office for consultation and to accept and distribute applications. Planning board meetings take place at 7 p.m. at the Town Office on the first Thursday of every month. Application materials must be submitted in advance for any project to be put on the agenda. Individuals seeking consultation with the planning board are welcome at regular meetings without prior notification. This policy will be in effect for the February 7 meeting.
