Chamber office to relocate in Blue Hill
In early September, the Blue Hill Peninsula Chamber of Commerce will move its offices to the new TradeWinds Crossing building on South Street.
“This move will afford us a far greater visibility, more parking, more accessibility and more office space,” Board President Scott Gray said in a prepared statement.
In response to an anticipated increase in foot traffic and increased operating hours at the new location, the chamber is seeking part-time volunteer interns and assistants to the executive director.
Proposed hours for the new location are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week in July and August and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday in September through June.
