Robbins doubles floor space with addition
The Weekly Packet, Celebrating our 50th year
GORDON ROBBINS, PRO-PRIETOR of a general store on Route 172, walks from the new addition to his business, an aluminum shed which practically doubles his floor space. The space will be used for repair work on saws, motors and lawn mowers, as well as some work on cars.
New lines of merchandise and a new building addition are increasing the services of the Gordon Robbins store, Route 172.
Infant articles and adult wear, and blankets have been added to the Robbins inventory.
A new 24x32 foot aluminum addition has almost doubled the floor space of the establishment. Attached to the back of the store, the shed will be used for repairing of power saws, outboard motors and lawn mowers. Light automobile repair jobs will also be done here.
Completed this week, the building is now unheated, but will be equipped with heating facilities this fall, for work in the winter season.
