Work begins on Dunkin’ Donuts

Work begins on Dunkin’ Donuts

With the appropriate permits in hand, contractors began earthwork at the Dunkin’ Donuts site on South Street in Blue Hill this week. The project was given final approval by the Blue Hill Planning Board at its February 11 meeting. The 4,000 square foot commercial building will house the donut shop as well as two other retail spaces yet to be announced. The building is expected to be ready for occupancy sometime in late June to mid-July.
