Heat on the court with GSA Tennis

The George Stevens Academy Tennis teams took on MDI Friday, May 11. The girls’ team lost 1-4 overall, with the doubles team of Ramsay Williams and Grace Bugbee taking their match (9-7). The boys’ team won 4-1 overall with singles players Johnny Xue (8-1), Jasper Adam (8-5) and Alex Heilner (8-1) and doubles players Ed Lameyer and Nick Dillon (9-7) taking their respective matches. The Eagles ended up trouncing the Mariners 5-0. The girls’ tennis team is currently ranked first in Class C, with 8 wins and 2 losses.
