GSA wrestler Lord notches 100th win

The Eagles put on the pressure at two away games last week. Against Mount Desert Island on February 2, the Eagles suffered a 83-49 loss. In Deer Isle on February 6, the game was heated and close well into the fourth quarter despite a 63-46 loss to the Deer Isle-Stonington Mariners. Jasper Adam scored 16 points and Devon Coleman 12. The team is now 7-10 and in 13th place in the standings.

Third-year GSA wrestler Jordan Lord works to pin Wyatt Tash of Mattanawcook Academy in his semi-final match at the Penobscot Valley Conference tournament held February 4 at Mattanawcook. Jordan won the match and finished second in his 132-pound weight class.
